Chief Financial Officer

Rosa Arellano serves as Chief Financial Officer of America's Financial Group, bringing extensive experience in financial operations, accounting, and corporate administration. Prior to joining AFG, Rosa built her professional career with Republic Services, one of the nation's largest environmental services and waste management companies, where she gained valuable experience in financial management, operational efficiency, and corporate processes within a large-scale organization. With a strong background in budgeting, financial reporting, and business administration, Rosa plays a critical role in overseeing AFG's financial strategy, compliance, and organizational growth. Her attention to detail and commitment to fiscal responsibility help ensure the company maintains a strong financial foundation while supporting its long-term expansion goals. As CFO, Rosa is responsible for operational oversight, and supporting strategic initiatives that position America's Financial Group for sustainable growth. With more than 8 years of experience in the financial services industry, Ryan Bearden has helped individuals, families, and business owners navigate complex financial decisions through comprehensive needs-based planning. Specializing in Indexed Universal Life (IUL) insurance and annuity strategies, Ryan has guided clients in protecting their wealth, creating tax-advantaged retirement income, and building long-term financial security. Throughout his career, Ryan has been involved in the analysis and placement of millions of dollars in life insurance and retirement assets, helping clients align their financial goals with customized solutions.
